Chris became a member of STH in 1984 and was joined by Suzy when they got married in 2005. At one time or another, the duo has held most BOD positions and has remained active in the club, working committees on Sierra Trek, Winter Fun, and the Cal4Wheel convention. Off-road travels have included many routes in the Western U.S. and Baja, Mexico, and they have augmented that list with 4wd adventures in New Zealand, Australia, and Europe. Their vehicles of choice range from a Gen I Toyota Hilux and Ram 2500 diesel, to a Tacoma and Willies CJ3A. A passion for travel led them to buy another 4Runner, which they store in Uruguay for treks through South America.
